Lessons learned from Canadian Sport Centre Pacific’s International Coaching School

For three days in May coaches met at the High Performance Coach Advance in Victoria to discuss 'Talent Identification and Recruitment'. On the last day, in small workgroups, the delegates met to recap the lessons learned and brainstorm ideas for the future of coaching. Each person identified the biggest coaching, program, and system challenges and potential solutions. Click here to read the entire article.

Green will likely have the more difficult time of it, and that despite two of the top four men's players missing from Langley.
