As part of the registration process, you are asked to answer a few questions in regards to your current coaching situation, the goal of which, is to provide CAB with information to better assist in providing services back to you as a CAB member.

Some of the information will be used to generate your user profile.

You will see at present your CAB membership registration does not have an attached cost. As we assess the needs of our Coach Alberta members, we will establish member benefits.

The following is your registration with Coach Alberta. The survey questions are focused on gathering information on yourself as an Alberta coach to help us better define the needs of the Alberta Coach. The information gathered in this initial Coach Alberta Survey will be instrumental in establishing key direction for this newly founded organization focused on supporting the Alberta Coach at all levels of sport.

ABOUT SHARING THE RESULTS
The primary audience for the data acquired in this survey is Coach Alberta (CAB). Any personal data (name, address, contact numbers and email) are purely to register you as a CAB member and will remain within our CAB database.

The balance of the survey responses are to be applied in ensuring that programs meet the needs of our client coaches.

Some elements of the non-personal data will be provided to Coaches of Canada. Any data provided is purely open to generic interpretation on coach needs, and provides no disclosure of personal information.

CAB is governed by a Privacy Policy and as such will not disclose any personal information as result of its collection for use in this survey. If you have any questions about the information and participation in this survey, please do not hesitate to contact CAB at info@coachalberta.ca
